Job Description

The Talent Attraction Intern is a Talent Attraction Team partner for organizing the administrative tasks and other recruitment related activities. The talent Attraction Intern help the Talent Attraction team deliver results in the areas of :

New Hire Onboarding

  • Collect and process the pre-employment requirements of upcoming new hires such as:
    • 201 files ( critical pre-employment requirements and internal documents
    • Medical endorsement and consultation
    • Background check monitoring

Hiring

  • Execute intern hiring process from sourcing to onboarding such as:
    • job posting
    • paper screening and initial interview
    • scheduling of interview with the hiring team
    • onboarding: collection of requirements
  • Assist the Talent Attraction team in hiring activities

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course

Onboarding Requirements:

  • Officially enrolled in a university
  • At least on its penultimate year
  • Enrolled in an internship subject
  • With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
  • Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
