As a HubSpot Developer at DGB Group, you’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing our HubSpot CMS, managing complex processes, and customizing modules. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure that our website is visually appealing, functional, and fully aligned with our brand identity.

You’ll need to know HubSpot inside out, from custom styling (especially overcoming certain restrictions) to creating and modifying custom modules, forms, and workflows. Your work will directly impact how we engage with our audience and drive our mission forward.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize HubSpot templates and modules to meet the company’s design and functional needs
  • Modify styling and layouts within the HubSpot CMS to achieve branding consistency (note: overcoming some restrictions, particularly in applying green elements on green.earth)
  • Create and modify complex forms and integrate them into HubSpot processes (e.g., workflows, automated emails, lead scoring, etc.)
  • Build and optimize custom HubSpot modules to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Implement and customize HubSpot CRM processes including workflows, properties, and automations
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure branding is maintained across all HubSpot assets
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with HubSpot assets and integrations
  • Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, processes, and best practices to continuously improve our platform

  • Strong expertise in HubSpot development, including HubSpot CMS, CRM, and Marketing Hub
  • Proven experience in customizing HubSpot templates and modules
  • Ability to modify and enhance HubSpot’s styling and CSS, overcoming platform limitations
  • Experience with HubSpot forms and complex processes, including multi-step forms and automated workflows
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for HubSpot development
  • Understanding of HubSpot’s API and integrations with third-party services
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and customer journeys
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
