We’re looking for a passionate IT Systems Administrator to support cloud systems & products such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Zoho as well as web hosting. Ideal candidate should be able to support and customise cloud systems to support our customers. System Administrator must be skilled in web hosting and cloud functionality.

Install and configure the Cloud Management applications i.e. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for the users.;

Setting and configuring customers on Zoho applications i.e., Zoho work place – e-mail, CRM, file management, chat, online meeting etc.

Installation and deployment of cloud applications services to customers;

Automation of manual processes and fine-tuning workflows to provide efficient services to customers;

Management of the IT service desk and ensure that tickets/incidents are closed as per the agreed SLA’s;

Assisting office workers with configurations and setup of their computer desktop systems;
-
IT security management;
-
Troubleshooting customers emails problems and advising customers on the best policies to adopt;

Web-hosting and domain management;
-
Office telephone system management;
-
Internet LAN / WAN troubleshooting and management;

Management and deployment of best practice IT policies and procedures;

Training staff and orienting them on how to use cloud applications;

Keep current with the emerging technologies;
-
Perform any other duties assigned by Technical Services Manager.
Requirements

Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- Thorough knowledge of cloud applications i.e. AWS, Google, Microsoft
Azure, Zoho etc;

Knowledge of email configuration;

Ability to work autonomously;

Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong problem solving and analysis skills;
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response
to needs of the customers being supported;

Customer oriented and excellent service standards;

Works well under pressure;
-
At least 2-3 years relevant experience
