As we expand our reach, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Recruiter - Africa to join our team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for diverse client needs, particularly in emerging markets across the African continent. You will be responsible for understanding the unique recruitment challenges and cultural nuances across different regions, ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive approach to talent acquisition.

Note: To be considered for this position, you must be a resident of Kenya, Rwanda, Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria, or South Africa.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the African market.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for client positions.
  • Maintain relationships with local networks and industry contacts to promote Sizanid HR's brand.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions across Africa.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the African market.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations across various African countries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse candidate engagement.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to different cultural contexts and business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and best practices.
  • This role is freelance and compensated through a profit-sharing model. Generous percentage.​
