We are thrilled to offer an unpaid internship opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates eager to gain practical experience in sales and marketing within the HR industry. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to assist in campaigns, conduct market research, support lead generation efforts, and contribute to promotional materials. This internship will equip you with valuable industry insights and skills in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to promote Sizanid HR services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Support the organization of promotional events, webinars, and marketing activities.
  • Help create and edit content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute ideas for improving marketing strategies.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and marketing, particularly within the HR industry.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time-management skills.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
