Skilled and experienced Senior Business Analysts. Our ideal candidate is someone who is curios, ambitious, thinks deeply and unconventionally. Someone who believes in expanding their knowledge, is ready for a challenge while seeking to pursue a long term career path in finance.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 3 year in finance


• General understanding of business law


• Ability to carry out a private company valuation


• Understanding of private market valuations


• Understanding of public market valuations


• Customer service oriented (very important)


• Understanding of accounting principals


• Ability to negotiate complex deal terms


• Ability to structure simple deals


• Ability to carry out due diligence


• Good proposal writing skill


• Resourceful and curious


• Creative thinker and doer


• Hardworking


• Quick learner


• Ability to work outside an office setting

You will work directly with a team of highly qualified experts who demand the best, always. In this role, you will be responsible for key functions within the organization. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Oversee investor relations.

2.     Engage in direct contact with investors and firms often.

3.     Work with team members to structure private placements.

4.     Work with firm to implement business systems to ensure placement success.

5.     Attend pitch meeting with investors and firms.

6.     Work with lawyers to structure agreements and legal documents.

7.     Carry out due diligence on firms.

8.     Anything required by management to ensure our firms success
