Job Summary:
The Head - Training and Literature is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the training programs and technical literature for Ecozen's products and services. This role ensures that all employees, service partners, and customers are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to support and promote our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for service engineers, AMC clients, installation partners, system integrators, and customers.
  • Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge, technical skills, and service protocols.
  • Create training materials, manuals, technical literature, and interactive videos.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring all participants receive thorough instruction.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Technical Literature Management:
  • Create, update, and manage technical literature, including manuals, guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting documents.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to develop detailed and user-friendly documentation.

Team Leadership:
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales, service, and R&D teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate content.
  • Coordinate with external training partners and institutions as required.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments to support training and documentation initiatives.

Customer and Partner Training:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and authorized service centers.
  • Organize training workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate clients and partners on product usage and maintenance.
  • Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Industry Trends and Technology:
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
  • Incorporate new technologies and methodologies into training programs to enhance learning experiences.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and improvements.
  • Analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on training and literature strategies.

Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and program effectiveness.
  • Use feedback and data to refine and improve training programs continuously.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in training software and tools.
  • Experience in creating technical literature and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Experience in solar products and the motor pump industry is an advantage.
