Ideon ltd is a fast growing innovative company, providing excellent customer service and telesales services to its clients is seeking to hire vibrant and persuasive part time call center agents(5 p.m. - 9 p.m.) who will be responsible for delivering the overall revenue and customer growth targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, on every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements

Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
-
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Effectively handle telephone calls.

Fast and accurate keyboarding and typing skills
-
Persuasive yet convincing language skills
-
Should be able to speak i.e English and Swahili
