Ideon ltd is a fast growing innovative company, providing excellent customer service and telesales services to its clients is seeking  to hire vibrant and persuasive part time call center agents(5 p.m. - 9 p.m.) who will be responsible for delivering the overall revenue and customer growth targets.





 Duties and Responsibilities:



  1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

  2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, on every   issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

  3. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.                

  4. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

  5. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

  6. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.

  7. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.









Requirements



     




  1. Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree 

  2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  3. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  4. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  5. Effectively handle telephone calls.

  6. Fast and accurate keyboarding and typing skills

  7. Persuasive yet convincing language skills

  8. Should be able to speak i.e English and Swahili
