Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Room Division/Front of House Manager to oversee the front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality management, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Room Division/Front of House Manager will ensure that all guest-facing areas operate smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the front office, housekeeping, and guest services departments.
Lead and manage a team to ensure seamless and personalized guest experiences.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to uphold the resort’s luxury standards.
Manage guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring a warm and efficient experience.
Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience throughout the resort.
Monitor and manage budgets, staffing, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile:
Nationality: Open to Kenyan nationals.
Experience: Must have experience managing luxury hotel operations, particularly in front-of-house roles. Candidates with backgrounds in budget or non-luxury hotels need not apply.
Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate is single, detail-oriented, a natural leader, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
