Farmz2u is looking for qualified Kenyan citizens to fill the role of Independent Sales Associates earning on commission bases. 

 

Responsibilities 

Identifying potential buyers and aggregators through networking, cold calling and following leads. 

Setting up meetings with potential buyers and aggregators to drive sales conversations and close deals 

Perform market research to identify business opportunities 

Building and maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing aggregators and buyers. 

Negotiating pricing with aggregators and buyers to encourage purchases. 

Staying up to date on the latest technologies and developments in Farmz2u.   

Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics.  

Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas. 

  

 

Minimum qualifications and experience  

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.  

Have worked as a Direct Sales Representative or had a similar role in the sales department. 

Have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, and starting new relationships. 

Can work independently.
