Job Overview:


The Recruitment Specialist (BPO Associate) will work as a BPO recruiter, providing recruitment services to our clients on an outsourced basis. This role involves managing the recruitment process for various BPO positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a strong understanding of BPO operations, and excellent client management skills.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a dedicated recruitment specialist for assigned clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for their BPO roles.

  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the specific staffing needs of each client.

  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand their requirements, job descriptions, and organizational culture.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for client roles.

  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.

  • Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and assist with the selection and offer process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and metrics.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BPO recruitment to deliver high-quality service.




Experience:



  • Proven experience of a minimum of 2+ years in recruitment, with a focus on BPO roles preferred.

  • Strong understanding of BPO industry staffing needs and client management.

  • Experience with various recruitment tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.




Desired Skills:



  • Experience working as an outsourced recruiter or in a client-facing recruitment role.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

  • Knowledge of candidate assessment and interviewing techniques.

  • Ability to adapt to different client cultures and recruitment needs.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
